Each in-game tick is counted on the on-screen counter, which I assume is a millisecond, but it might be more technical.

Bug : Puffin can kill you during text cutscene,reset you,then get you to lvl 3
Also very meta narrative,the only AI that doesnt hate you + the endless end screen for game ends allways makes me sad.
